Sales Briefings gives your team a complete, AI-generated account summary, so you can quickly understand where an account stands before you reach out, without digging through activity history yourself.
Accessing Sales Briefings
Use the Search field to find an account, then check the box next to it to add it to your selection. You can search and select one account at a time, or add multiple accounts before generating summaries.
Selecting an Activity Date Range
Choose the Activity Date Range you want the briefing to reflect:
- This quarter
- Last quarter
- This month
- Last month
- Last 30 days
- Last 90 days
- This year
- Last year
- All time
- Custom range
Generating a Summary
Once you've selected your account(s) and date range, select Generate Summaries. Each summary includes:
- Last activity - the most recent recorded activity on the account.
- Recent activity - a timeline of relevant recent actions.
- Risks - flags for gaps in engagement or other account concerns.
- Recommended next actions - suggested steps to move the account forward.
Regenerating a Summary
Select Regenerate at any time to produce an updated summary reflecting the latest account activity.
How We Suggest You Use It
Use Sales Briefings to get an accurate, up-to-date read on an account's status and target account potential before you reach out. Once you've reviewed the summary and its recommendations:
- Click the account name to open full account details.
- From there, you can create tasks, add deals, view EnergyIQ data, and access other menu items associated with the account.
This turns each briefing into a starting point for action, rather than just a status check.
