The Tasks dashboard is your team's one place to see every task across your accounts, organized, searchable, and easy to act on in bulk or one at a time.
Accessing Tasks
In Sales Station, open the menu and select Tasks.
Task Categories
Tasks are organized into tabs by date, so you always know what needs attention first:
- Overdue
- Today
- This Week
- Later
- No Date
- Done
Searching and Filtering
Use the search bar and filters at the top of the page to narrow down the task list.
Filter by task type: Call, Meeting, Send Email, Send Proposal, Follow-Up, or Other.
Filter by sales rep to see tasks for a specific team member, or view tasks for all reps.
Viewing Task Details
Select any task to open it in full detail. From here, you can see who is assigned to the task, who created it, and the associated account. You can:
- Mark it Complete.
- Select Complete + Follow-up to close the task and immediately create a related one.
- Snooze the reminder.
- Edit the task.
- Send a Reminder.
- Delete the task.
Bulk Actions
Select multiple tasks at once using the checkboxes to take action on all of them together, mark them as done, reassign them, or snooze them.
How We Suggest You Use It
Start each day on the Overdue tab to clear anything that's fallen behind, then check Today and This Week to plan ahead. A few ways to keep the dashboard working for your team:
- Use the Sales Rep filter during team check-ins to review each rep's workload at a glance.
- Use bulk Reassign when a rep is out or an account list shifts, instead of updating tasks one by one.
- Use Complete + Follow-up to maintain momentum on an account rather than letting the next step fall through the cracks.
