ActiveConversion software automatically keeps track of people who have requested to be unsubscribed from your mailing lists. If you need to download a list of people who have unsubscribed from all mailing lists, just export the Unsubscribes from your Master List (a combination of all email addresses on all the lists in your account):
- Log in to ActiveConversion
- Navigate to Marketing > Emails > Mailing Lists
- Hover over the Master List and choose "Export (CSV)
- On the Export screen, enter your email address, select "Unsubscribes", and click "Ok"
- You will be emailed a list of all people who have requested to unsubscribe from your lists.
