Deals travel through six distinct phases: Potential, Prospecting, Qualification, Proposal, Negotiation, and Closed.
Within each deal, you can set a deal name, link to an account, assign to a sales rep, add a deal value, set a close date, add a probability of close, deal source, main contact, and description.
Deals will remain in the closed column for 30 days post-completion. After that, they will become a past deal and will not appear in the sales pipeline.
