The first column in your sales pipeline is ‘Potential Deals.’ These are deals that someone on your team has suggested to add to the pipeline or deals that ActiveIntelligence has identified as potential deals for you to take action on.
If the deal is from ActiveIntelligence, it will be shown with an orange border and an orange lightbulb icon. If the deal is from one of your team members, it will be shown with a blue border and a double-arrow icon.
To accept or reject the deal, simply click the icon to the right of the opportunity name. You will then see the deal creation pop-up window, where you can add additional details and click the “save” button to accept, or click the red “reject” button to remove the deal from your sales pipeline.
