In this dashboard, you will see three primary columns: Accounts, Prospects, and Leads.
Accounts will show companies identified by ActiveIQ, whether or not we have identified any specific contacts within that company.
Prospects will show identified contacts that have recently engaged with your website or content.
Leads will show any identified contacts with higher engagement and intent scores, indicating stronger sales readiness.
To the right-hand side, you will also see a snapshot of key marketing and engagement statistics.
Be aware that you can click through the graphic charts section to see different data and charts pertaining to your sales and marketing.
You can click any chart, statistic, contact, or account to view a more detailed view of the data.
Generally, we suggest paying the closest attention to the Accounts, Prospects, and Leads columns to ensure you don’t miss out on any potential new opportunities.
