Global Search gives you one place to search across your entire ActiveIQ account, so you don't have to know which module a record lives in before you go looking for it.

Accessing Global Search

Select Search everywhere... in the main menu bar, available from any page in ActiveIQ.

What You Can Search

Type a keyword and press Search to look across:

• Contacts
• Accounts
• Deals
• EnergyIQ
• Energy Directory

How We Suggest You Use It

Use Global Search whenever you're looking for a specific record, for example, when you remember a company or contact name but not which module you last touched it in. It's a faster starting point than navigating module by module, especially for accounts that show up across Sales Station, EnergyIQ, and Energy Directory.
