Your team members can be set up as one of three types of users within ActiveConversion. Understanding which type of access suits your company, helps keep you organized, allows sales reps to access the specific information they need, and ensures all leads are managed effectively.
User access levels can be changed at any time by contacting support@activeconversion.com
Full Access
Full access grants your sales representative complete access to all of your ActiveConversion software features. Your reps will have complete access to monitoring and editing all of the company’s dashboards, sales leads, lead management settings, and marketing campaigns.
Full access is recommended for team members who will be either using ActiveConversion to set up and track marketing efforts and for team members who will be reviewing incoming leads and assigning them to various team members and sales reps.
Sales Representative Access
Team members with sales representative access can only view and update leads already assigned to them. This login type restricts users from seeing other team members’ leads, marketing campaigns, and adjusting lead management settings.
We recommend giving sales representatives this access level so they can see and update the specific details within each lead. This view is very time effective for the sales representatives because they’re only provided with information that helps with lead qualification and tracking.
Email Notifications Only (no Software Access)
ActiveConversion can also be configured so that your sales representatives can receive email notifications of assigned leads and add comments to them, without needing to login into the software. Basic lead details will be emailed to the sales representative, and they will have the opportunity to submit comments about the lead back into the company’s ActiveConversion account through a form.
